SIMCOE® HOP CONES - 250 G (DRIED HOP FLOWERS)
Developed by Yakima Chief Ranches and released in 2000, is known for its brewing versatility and unique aroma characteristics. The high Alpha Acids % and low percentages of cohumulone makes this variety an excellent hop for aroma and bitterness. His aroma has earthy characteristics and recalls the passion fruit, pine needles and berries.
