Maris Otter malt extract, produced from 100% English Maris Otter malt. This extract can be used for any style beer or American English. Rich and superior quality, adds a note to your malty ale.
Used to replace sugar in malt prepared and activate the secondary fermentation in the bottle.
Malt extract is obtained through the concentration of the must, resulting from the malting of barley and wheat. Liquid extract (syrup) contains around 20% water.
Ideal for the production of beer with extracts or through mini-mash method. It can replace barley malt (use 75%).
