Polygel W - 500 g
Polygel W is an adjuvant consisting of PolyVinyl-PolyPyrrolidone (PVPP) made homogeneous by an activation process with silica hydrogel in order to improve its absorption. It is a preparation specifically designed to reduce the yellow color of polymerizable polyphenols in beers and to maintain the fragrance and aroma in all beers for longer time.
The exclusive production process and the specific formulation ensure the action of a polymer with perfect chemical inertia, which possesses the property of adsorbing polyphenols through hydrogen bonds with the nitrogen group.
