Used in many different beer styles, especially Belgian Wit but also in several American Wheats. The result is a taste very similar to Grand Marnier or Cointreau.
Aromatic herbs are used to brew Belgian Bière Blanche, Grand Cru, Tripples and Christmas Beers. They are usually added in the last 15 minutes of boil. In ancient times herbs were used to extend beer's storage time.
