Malt extract for the production of 23 liters "Pale Ale" type beer with a classic deep golden color and medium body. Pours gold ale, with white head. Pleasant malt aroma with soft fruit undertones. Lovely malt sweetness with a hint of vanilla, well balanced with hop bitterness and clean aftertaste. Serve at 10°C.
