USAGE: When fermentation ends, pour Isinglass into a little quantity of beer or sterile water, add to the fermenter mixing delicately, then let it decant 1-2 days (lower the temperature, faster it decants). Decant it again, keeping the sediment inside the fermenter.
DOSAGE: 5 ml / 10 litres beer.
