Malt specifically designed and developed for low and non-alcoholic beers, yet perfectly suitable for traditional recipes as well. Its composition, rich in β-glucans, foam-positive proteins, and high molecular weight maltodextrins, improves foam retention and gives body to the beer. The color is very pale and the aromatic intensity is low, so as not to interfere with the final beer's sensory profile.
Malt is the main ingredient in the production of beer. It stems from a process of partial barley starch degradation called malting.
