Brewers can use up to 100% in the grain bill. Depending on the composition and intensity in the grain bill, this malt generates a light to intense peaty aroma and an earthy flavor. It is made using high-quality summer barley. BEST Peated complies with the purity guidelines of the German Reinheitsgebot.
