Liquid Malt Extract Light 1,5 kg
Selected English lager malt is used to produce this fine consistent light malt extract.
Used to replace sugar in beer kits and to activate the secondary fermentation in bottles.
Malt extract is obtained through the concentration of the must, resulting from the malting of barley and wheat. Liquid extract (syrup) contains around 20% water.
Ideal for the production of beer with extracts or through mini-mash method. It can replace barley malt (use 75%).
