SalvoPlus® is a pure, water-based liquid hop aroma, made solely from CO2 hop extract and water, without solvents or emulsifiers. It contains exclusively the essential oils and beta acids from hops, delivering an intense aroma with minimal or no bitterness perception.
Designed to optimise aroma addition both in hot and cold phases of the brewing process, SalvoPlus® offers a higher yield compared to pellets, with particularly high efficiency on aromatic compounds such as linalool. In addition, it drastically reduces beer losses thanks to the absence of plant material, enhancing product quality and sustainability during production.
