Hop Oil Type Noble Spicy - 500 g
Type Noble Oils were specially developed for use before or during filtration and replace late hop additions in the brewhouse. The result is a "late hop aroma" that combines floral, spicy and citrus notes. Products of the Noble family have a high to very high content of linalool. Bitter substances are not contained.
Noble Spicy is produced from hop extracts by fractionation and is used to replace late hop additions in the brewhouse. The composition of various leading hop substances is characterised by an light herbal, mild spicy aroma and is used in bottom-fermented and top-fermented beers.
