The kit contains all the ingredients you need for brewing 23 liters Dubbel style amber beer, inspired by the recipe used during the 1st edition of “Birrissima”, historical Mr. Malt® event. At the origins of the craft beer movement, Belgian beers like this were popular in Italy. The style features an elegant balance among the aromas of malt, hops and Belgian yeast, resulting in a complex but easy-to-drink beer. Candy sugar contributes a dry finish and typical flavor. Ideal with slow cooked meat, aged cheese and honey, nuts or chocolate desserts.
