Bottom-fermented beer, light amber in color, clear, with fine white foam. Clean and fruity aroma in which the Northern Brewer-based hopping emerges, classic of the style, with woody and rustic notes and the more modern one with American hops which gives a resinous cue. On the palate the malt is evident with a firm note of caramel and bread crust. The fruitiness is in the background and marries with the decisive hopping. The bitterness is clear and moderately persistent. The body is medium and the carbonation medium-high in keeping with the style.
