"India Pale Ale" beer kit for the production of 23 litres dark copper-coloured, medium-bodied beer.
Created to stand six months-journeys from England to India. English master brewers increased the alcoholic and hop content of their traditional Bitters in order to avoid potential contamination during the journey. As a result, India Pale Ale, or IPA, was produced, a very bitter and fresh worldknown beer.
The package contains a dry yeast sachet.
