"Mild" beer kit for the production of 23 litres mahogany-coloured, medium-bodied beer. It is one of the less bitter Ales, with a just-roasted-malt, a slightly fruity aroma and a hazelnut end. Very drinkable, with a light and refreshing taste.
The package contains a dry yeast sachet. To be served at 12°C.
