Type Selected are functional hop oil fractions for a variety of applications. The specially enriched flavours enable special, application-related taste impressions such as improvement of mouthfeel or bitterness. Ideally suited for a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Can also be used outside the beverage industry. Bitter substances are not included.
Type Selected is made from hop extracts by fractionation and was specially developed for use in alcohol-free beers. The enriched aromas enable an improvement of the mouthfeel and give the beer a pleasant hop note, depending on the dosage.
